Lara Bates

Founder & Director

After 9 years and learning all that she could from the best at Keech Green (Michael Keech & Graham Green) she left on great terms and set up on her own in 2017. She has grown the business organically relying on word of mouth and recomendation to win her book of business to date. She built the team slowly and found enjoyment in carving strong and trusting relationships with her clients, staff and partners. Home life and her family are in Folkestone but that doesn’t stop the adventures and challenges of London and beyond :-)

Kasey Thomas

Senior Designer

Kasey graduated with a degree in Architecture before turning her love of design to interiors.  She has over 10 years of experience Interior Design, with a clear understanding and appreciation of how interiors are crafted, from the architectural character and volume to the detailing, finishes and furnishings.  Her objective is to create beautiful, unique interiors that meet the client’s aesthetic, functional and economic goals, while honouring the building that contains them.

Scarlett Manzoni

Interior Designer

Scarlett studied architecture at the University of Reading. Once completing her part 1 architecture qualification she fast realised she was more passionate about the design, creativity and attention to detail required in interior design. Understanding the technical side of design provides a great foundation for understanding the proportions of space, and spatial planning. Scarlett is passionate and a great listener, so makes her a super addition to the team and the more complex projects.

Peter Banks

Senior Interior Designer

Peter brings a passion for interiors that spans the entire design process, from initial concepts through to installation and the final styling details. He enjoys developing ideas that transform spaces into engaging and considered environments, working across both residential and retail projects of varying scale. Peter has built his experience within the luxury design sector, including time at the renowned interior design studios Keech Green and Linley, where he further developed his understanding of craftsmanship, materials and high-end project delivery. He combines this experience with a strong appreciation for fine art and antiques, creating interiors that feel layered, distinctive and thoughtfully curated. Supported by a trusted network of specialist suppliers, Peter brings a practical and detail-driven approach to delivering projects both on time and on budget. A collaborative team member, Peter enjoys working closely with colleagues, clients and makers, guiding projects from their earliest ideas through to their final creative expression.
